Milk Hour

Please join us every Tuesday from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm for Milk Hour. Milk Hour is free, open to the general public. This group is led by our IBCLC + Lactation Consultant. This weekly hour-long session is perfect for new parents looking for nursing support and answers to basic questions. Gain confidence in breastfeeding and chestfeeding in public, which can be monumental, especially during those early, tender weeks. (This group is currently on hold and will hopefully resume soon.)
