Milk Hour is held every Tuesday at 1-2pm. This hour is for new parents that need nursing support and have basic questions answered. This group meets in our studio. THIS GROUP IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD.

Returning to work and still breastfeeding? Pump Talk 101 will help ease you back into the work setting, teaching you the basics of pumping for your baby. This class is a recording by an IBCLC + Lactation Consultant and is $10.

This class focuses on getting off to a great start with a comfortable latch as well as understanding nursing positions and infant feeding cues. This class is complimentary and for TCBC clients only. Please see available dates on the calendar below. This class is in-person.

We are thrilled to offer a complimentary childbirth education class specifically designed for Twin Cities Birth Center families! This class is for TCBC families only. it is required for all clients that have not given birth at TCBC previously. It is in-person and held every third Monday of the month at 6-9pm and every first Saturday of the month at 1pm-4pm.

This class covers how to prepare for the postpartum period and what to expect for parents and baby during the first days and weeks together. This class is for TCBC clients only and is a required class. See dates on our calendar below. This class is virtual.
